How do I customise my hoodie?

Well, you have come to the right place! We have set up custom options for you to decide on:

• Colour of your hoodie
• Size of your hoodie
• What you would like it to say? Your custom text
• Your font option. You can choose from 7 Sweater Club fonts
• Your thread colour
• Your positioning. Left chest or Centre

You also have bonus options to click if they work for you:

• Sweater Club favourite quotes. Prechosen options if you are not feeling so creative.
• Match thread closest to your logo colour. This is for logo customers.
• Multi-Colour thread. If you have selected block text, you can choose between our PASTEL or HAPPY multi coloured thread options.
• Add Back text. This is an extra $10 fee
• Add Cuff text. This is an extra $10 fee
• This is where you can pop any extra requests for your order. Eg: Smaller text. Please email me if not possible.

Let’s walk through a Custom Hoodie order:

1. Click Shop – Custom Unisex Hoodie.

3. Click Add to Cart - Easy Peasy! Done!
4. Check out our Instagram Stories the following 2 days, your order will be shared there.

But wait!! Why can’t I visually see how my order will turn out?!

Good question. We don’t have a digital image for you to see how your order will look. We do however, have an Instagram full of photos of previous orders. Check them out, add anything to your notes so you are confident that we are going to create your vision. We pride ourselves on our work and brand, therefore the trust is left in us to create each of your individual pieces.

Oh hell no. I trust no-one. Can I please get a proof before you complete it?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide proofs. BUT we have an awesome customer service team. So if you are unsure or want clarification with your order, please respond to your confirmation email ASAP with any requests. We will get back to you before production. If you have digital mockups that you are wanting us to match, please send them through email so we can ensure we create exactly what you want.
