Summer is here and so is our latest Summer Merch Collaboration with the ladies at Shameless Podcast.
Zara and Michelle have chosen to support SAFE STEPS Victoria and DJIRRA, with $10 from each hat being donated.
Djirra is a place where culture is shared and celebrated, and where practical support is available to all Aboriginal women and particularly to Aboriginal people who are currently experiencing family violence or have in the past.
SAFE STEPS - Family Violence Response Centre is Victoria’s statewide first 24/7 response service for women, young people and children experiencing family violence.
As of August 2020 Shameless has raised $85,753 for charities we love and trust, including Safe Steps Victoria, Djirra, the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency, St Vincent de Paul’s Fire Relief Fund and Sacred Heart Mission’s Women’s House.
Since 2019, Shameless charity merch has raised $10,000 for the St Kilda Women’s House, $5000 for the Bridging the Gap Foundation, $6500 for NAAJA and $6500 for Safe Steps.
Whilst generously donating to the above charities, they have continued to also support our small women lead business here at Sweater Club. We are eternally grateful for all of you. Please note that the ladies do not take a cut in any of the costs. This is both selfless and incredible at the same time.
